This 500m² chalet, once a centuries-old barn, has been transformed into a stunning luxurious family home in Village Dessous, just below the historic church. After an extensive two-year renovation by skilled local artisans, the barn now features a spa in the former vaulted storage areas and a second kitchen and cosy den in the old stable.

 

The 70cm stone walls are restored and repurposed roof beams have been incorporated into the design of the balconies, blending rustic charm and echo the building´s rich history. Built with local materials like mélèze wood and stone, the chalet harmonizes with its Alpine surroundings while offering advanced home technology, including an elevator.
